Building commissioning goes beyond the testing of mechanical systems to ensure that they function as promised. It should also include the review of building designs, plant and equipment selection throughout the design phase to ensure that they are able to meet both the project and client’s requirements.

Our involvement begins right at design phase, stretches through post completion and we commission all major energy consuming equipment as well as façade and water systems. We also devise occupant comfort survey forms to assess the satisfaction of building users throughout the building’s lifetime as well as proposing remediation methods when the building fails to perform to users’ satisfaction.
